- Pre sale/customized products: Clearly indicate the production cycle (such as “15-20 working days”).
- Delay situation: In case of insufficient inventory, customer service will notify an alternative solution or refund within 24 hours.

1. Available Shipping Methods

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Below are general estimates:

3. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. We offer two shipping options:
A. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Price includes all taxes and duties – No additional fees upon delivery.
Best for hassle-free shipping (recommended for most customers).
Available for select countries (check at checkout).
B. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Customer is responsible for import taxes & fees.
The courier (DHL/FedEx/EMS) will contact the recipient for payment before delivery.
Failure to pay duties may result in return or abandonment of the shipment.
4. Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order/Backorder Items: Will specify an estimated restock date (e.g., “Ships in 2-3 weeks”).
Custom/Built-to-Order Products: Production time varies (e.g., “Ships in 4-6 weeks”).
If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Track your package on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.).
If tracking doesn’t update for 7+ days, contact our support team.
When Will My Order Ship?
Your Estimated Delivery Date will be given during checkout and is based on the products selected, shipping address, and shipping method. This timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
You can view complete shipping options for your product in your shopping cart. The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided on the order review page prior to completing the order.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
You can view the status of your shipment by visiting our Track Your Order page or by using the communication received via email. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into the tracking system.
What If I Never Received My Order?
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and has not arrived, we recommend tracking your order here to find the most updated scan of your package.
If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting customer service. Please also check side entrances, with neighbors, or in bushes to see if your package was misplaced.
Can I change my shipping information?
Our teams work very hard to begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Because of this we are not able to change shipping information such as addresses, payment, and shipping methods.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Often times orders with multiple items arrive in multiple packages due to availability at our fulfillment locations. This will be notated in your tracking communications and you will receive separate tracking emails for these packages.
Can I ship My item as a gift?
Yes! In the top left of your cart you can select that this order is a gift. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
